Department of Russian Language of TSMU hosted a cultural event within the framework of the All-Russia action “Day of Unified Actions” aimed at preserving the historical truth about the crimes of the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War, in which Russian and international students of the 1st – 4th courses of the Faculty of Medicine, Pediatrics and Dentistry, teachers of the Department of Russian Language took part from the 12th to the 19th of April.
A linguistic and cultural lesson-presentation “The 19th of April – The Day of Unified Actions” dedicated to the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Soviet people by the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War was held in the groups. The students were greatly impressed by the video “No statute of limitations”, based on documentary evidence of the terrible crimes of the Nazis against innocent Soviet people during the war. Russian and foreign students learned the tragic pages of one of the most devastating wars in the history of mankind.
The All-Russia event “Day of Unified Actions”, that was attended by TSMU students, was held with the aim of fostering tolerance and patriotism; fighting extremism; preserving of the historical truth about the crimes of the Nazis and their allies against innocent Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War on the occupied territory.
